Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states within United States. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please Contact Us.

What USA states do you ship to?

At this time we ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

If you need delivery outside of our delivery area, please Contact Us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically pack and ship your items within 1 business day.

Items ship by either USPS or UPS ground from Oregon, USA.

It typically takes about 5-6 days for items to arrive on the east coast and less time for closer destinations.

Note that these are estimates and ultimately, the amount of time it takes to deliver is ultimately in the hands of the shipper.

Can I cancel my order?

We will do everything we can to cancel your order before it is packed and shipped to you.

If you need to cancel an order please Contact Us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback.

Our support staff is available Monday-Friday 10am-3pm excluding holidays.

If we are unavailable for any reason, be sure to send us an email or leave us a message and we will get back to you within 24 business hours.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

All returns must be initiated within 30 days after receiving your order. We will issue a full refund on any defective items and/or items that have not been opened. Any items that have been opened may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 days from when we receive your return item(s).
